Great article. Did you know you could also find out what time it is in any location. Type "what time is it in ???", where ??? is the name of the location and see what happens (don't do it too often or google thinks you are a DOS attack and locks you out).

GOOG411 works poorly. I tried a major grocery store and a Burger King. It sent me to the worong stae and store name for the grocery and gave me 7 options on the Burger King none of which were in my city. It did repeat the city/state correctly both times.

Great concept, very poor execution.

I don't know about that I'v used it quite alot and never had a problem with it. I love it because on my cell phone I don't get charged extra for using it but if I used regular 411 they wanna charge me a butload.
