Has Anyone Bought Ink from Clickinks?

Has anyone bought ink from Clickink.com? I ordered some and they have charged my card for it but I never received it. I have tried emailing, callling (always get busy signal) and even got on their live chat. I did not get any response to any of my attempts. There is also not a way to check order status on their website anymore. They are, however, still sending out adds for specials. Anybody know what's going on with them, or had a similar experience? If I ever get this one straightened out I will NEVER order from them again!!

Yes, I have the same problem as you. I order the ink cartridges on 3/9/08 and received a confirmation and then a back-ordered notice via email. I have tried calling them and emailing them as you have to no avail. So, I called my credit card company and file a charge dispute and they will notify them to get a refund.
The said if you don't receive the merchandise within 15 days you can dispute the charge, so that's where I am at right now.

I received a shipping notice on Friday 3/28/08, let's see if I receive the merchandise now.

I get those ads all the time in my Junk Box where they belong. You can call your Credit Card company and tell them what happened. They will take care of it. I've also found that those Ink cartridges are refilled and recycled so I stay away from them. I usually order my ink from HP as I have an HP printer, or buy locally if necessary as there isn't much difference in the price. coastie65

About 3 weeks ago I ordered ink from them as I have in the past but it never came.....I tried phoning and the 800 number won't work...I tried the other number and all I get is an automated answering machine that count downs time and you never get anyone even after waiting 1 hour. I'm really ticked because this has never happened before....

Today, I received notice from the post office that a parcel was waiting for me with 152.60 owed in duty...I nearly died as the order was only for 74.50 canadian....I was charged 74.50 on each of the items coming to over $1500 that's why the high duty... Of course, I refused the order and have sent it back but I now have no ink and 74.50 on my visa....



I have had at least 8 orders from them and never a problem but this time I am really ticked

i'M ON HOLD WITH THEM NOW. I ORDERED ON 6/27. They sent an email saying the cartridges were backordered, Epson C60. No word yet. Are they legit?

They finally answered, i cancelled my order. They said I had been charged and would get a refund. We'll see.

Well, I finally got someone at Click Inks and told them what happened at customs....I sent that order back of course but a couple of weeks later they got the order straight and re-sent it to me x-press post....It took another two weeks but everything was straightened out.

I told the guy that I was talking to about no one answering the phone after putting everyone on hold and he let on he didn't know.....I think he did...I also told him about the e-mail's never being fixed and he said they were in the process of repairing it...I told him it was that way when I ordered a year ago so he should find someone else to repair it because it didn't work..

I have had no problem with the product just trying to get it has been a pain.
