Ok, i finished this one. This is one of the best i have played till date. i wasnt bored at any instant of the entire game , very much similar to cod4 experience. The story is great and the end is full of brain-storming riddles . I found this article - http://www.computera...e.php?id=175552 and had to read it slowly to understand all the riddles and codes in the end.

What makes me very happy is that there will be two more games for completing the story . Thats just WOW. :D

I had some oil and a lighter, so thought I'd light the place up and distract him, but that wasn't an option.

Hey piyush, I got Assassin's Creed for the PS3. I put that thing in and WOW!!!. I've got the console hooked up to my 42" HDTV through an HDMI connection. Unfortunitely, I found it to be frustrating right from the git go. I'll get back to it when I have a little more time to work with it. I need to get familiar and comfortable with the controls and navigation aspects. In a lot of these RPGs, I get frustrated and throw the magic out the door. I build up up Health and attack stats and just go in and slash my way through. :D My nephew just shakes his head as he will use magic at every opportunity, as he likes to keep some distance between himself and the bad guys. I have no problem with close in warfare although I will use ranged attacks at times. coastie

Yeah, a lot of the stuff coming out, you best have a good PCIe card or its no go as they are pretty graphics intensive and you need a good GPU. coastie65

So Coastie, did you get the hang of Assassins Creed? I think I remember that you said it had given you some frustration...

Or is there another game you like much better.......? I know Aurora is heavy-duty into World Of Warcraft.

Me, I'm no gamer, but I'll have to admit that I admire people who are, because they have great eye-hand coordination, plus they have the ability and skills to plan and strategize..... and all that good stuff.

Hi Adama, I haven't really had time to fool with it. I have been playing Uncharted Drakes Fortune at times. That is my problem, the hand eye coordination thing. Little rougher for us older gamers. My nephew came by for a bit with my sister and he loaded it and started the game and went right where he was supposed to go. I couldn't get hang of the navigation aspects so couldn't find where I was supposed to go. AArrgghh. I have about 5 or 6 games for that thing now, but that will have to do as they are a tad pricey, although two I picked up at GameStop used and were cheaper. I did get one, "Beowulf" ( Based on the movie of the same name) for $19.95 New. A lot of the earlier RPG games were somewhat based on Greek Mythology and now it looks as if they are drifting towards Norse Mythology. coastie

Anyone has any idea about the next assassins game. This only tells that the next one is under development , no other details.

So thats why Far Cry 2 is taking a long time to come out. Is Assassins Creed anything like "Prince of Persia"?

Not exactly like PoP but you can relate both the game styles. Assassins creed was definitely better than all PoPs but this game was damn easy. They should make the next games a bit difficult.

PoP will be compared more with the Tomb Raider series. They are exactly similar type of play, even some traps and moves are similar. Assassins creed gives you infinite free roam capabilities and flexibility in how you play and finish the game unlike PoP and tomb raider in which the sequence is predefined.

Yeah the PoP was to restricted in the gameplay. Oh and when I say PoP I mean Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones and not PoP: The Warrior Within :p .

PoP:WW sucked. The feel of it was all wrong; they made the prince to dark and the middle eastern sound track that was in the first and third games got replaced with a heavy mettle one (I'm a heavy mettle fan myself but it doesn't fit with the game). Also the prince was definitely more generic than in the first and third ones in that he didn't who he had to kill or step on to get what he wanted. Fortunately for the sires they fixed his problems in the third one: The Two Thrones.
