Hi There,

I had the same problem until just last night the 22nd of March that is when I decided to give every last bit of norton the heave-ho off of my computer and guess what, I now can play the videos.:) I don't know if you are using norton but if you are then that would be the place to start. I did everything I could to force norton to play nice but it wouldn't so it's gone, never to return to my system. I downloaded comodo firewall pro and am trying a couple of different antivirus programs, so have no real opinions of either as of yet. Comodo seems to be playing nice so I'll wait and see. The main reason that I got rid of norton was that it had just gotten to obtrusive and bulky and slowed the system down too much. I used to swear by it, now I swear at it. I hope that this gives you some insight, didn't mean to ramble on but just wanted to get across the troubles that I had.

Good luck,

Sonny62
