U need to be more specifc about the system specifications and how you installed the game. It would be better to start a new dicussion .

Hi TheSavman and welcome to the PCWorld Communities. :D
Since the Discussion you previously posted this message within is active (idle for about 12 weeks), I have branched your issue into its own Discussion. Even though your situation may appear to be similar, it is always best to open your own Discussion and allow as many of our members an opportunity to review your problem. Latching onto an active Discussion could potentially either take focus away from the current issue or leave your concern on the back burner.
I have some questions for you:
- Have you tried to uninstall and then reinstall the game?
- What is the manufacturer and model number of your computer?
- Is your DVD Drive set to AutoPlay?

Hi piyush, FYI, you got my gender wrong, I'm a guy. :^0 Now that I have cleared that up, I received a PM from him and forgot to mention in my reply that he needs to be sure of the Key Code he enters. If the Key Code isn't entered right it will most likely prevent him from playing the game. In my case I had to figure out whether it was a 1,l, or I. See what I mean? Those are three different characters and the only noticable difference is with the numeral 1. One is a lower case L amd the other is an upper case I as in India. I mentioned to him he might want to do an uninstall/reinstall and to turn off the AV/ Anti spyware apps while installing as they can interfere with the installation. coastie65
