I restarted my computer and now my soundcard doesn't work. When I go in to check it, it gives me an error code "This device cannot start. (Code 10)". At the same time, the packet scheduler miniport #2 gives me an error code "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" . Are they conflicting? What's going on with this? I have tried disabling both and uninstalling and reinstalling the soundcard, I cannot uninstall the miniport, I've tried registry cleaners, I've tried new drivers. No matter what they both still have the little yellow circle with the exclamation point and my sound will not work. Someone please help me with this.
