Replacing hp power cord

my hp power cord has a tear and is no longer functional and i need to get a replacement. i could just take my laptop to a store, but i wanna save money and buy one online. however i dont which one to buy. does any know how i tell which type of power cord is compatible with my laptop? i have a hp pavilion ze2000
