Make Sure That General E-Mail Gets Answered

We have used email pro for over a year. It is rife with server issues and you can count on an outage once a month. They have lost vital emails and can't get the search in some of our files to work correctly. It is also optimized to work with Firefox which they do not disclose upfront. Which means the bulk of the businss community using IE7,8,9 find it cumbersome and having to do extra steps to accomplish one task. There is no way to make a copy of an old email to attach it as a reference, You cannot copy and paste with right click menu - you have to use keyboard shortcuts unless you are using ie9 or Firefox. You cannot paste images in to the body of the email like most programs - you have to upload it first into their server then install it into the body of the email - and then reposition it where you want it - You cannot cut and paste text into the body correctly unless it is the same format as the body of the email. The editing is very limited to 5 fonts and any text you have managed to insert will not be reformatted to fit with the email text until you jump through hoops ... those are just a few of the many drawbacks. We are gladly leaving this overrated program after the first of the year.
