Like a surprising number of other users, I had to give this one a thumbs-down. Software tools for the geek market, I think, include freeware and open-source stuff. Expensive paid services don't count, IMHO.

I've been using MyFax for about 1 year and find it to be the equivalent of a stand alone fax machine. Multipe address capability is one unique feature that I use frequewntly. Very reliable and very simple to set up and use.
