Could you please post a link to where you downloaded it?

I am no expert with this here but I googled the driver that was blamed by your program.

It said a shorted keyboard cable can cause this or ntoshkrnl is missing or corrupt.

Blue screen is a big problem and many a times i have noticed that problem in my system.I think it is mostly due to corrupted windows or it can be just because of virus.
