2.........Spy Bot search & destroy

These bugs can not be fixed although i have clicked on the fixed button....

note: i was using Windows Internet Firewall & now i am using ZoneAlarm*

I am wanting to switch to the following programs

1..........Avast Anitvirus

2..........SuperAnitispyware

My question is how do i go about doing this?

Do I need to take care of these bugs first?

Or

Can I release them from the vault and then uninstall AVG and SpyBot?

Then do I install Avast and Super Anti Spyware?

Will these programs pick up these bugs after installation and fix them?

What would all of you recommend?

Can anyone help me?

please help,

Thank You,

D

Heilsa!

Den Asia, I am glad you finally got to post your situation here on PC World! This is one of the best places for your situation and if they can't help you fix your machine then they might know where to go to get the help you need. I took the liberty of looking up some of the stuff in your post here are some links to similar situations some of the stuff that AVG found might false positives have a look. But you still need help in this situation don't just sluff it off. Here are some links:

Holy dayum how do you get so many viruses lol. Anway to make the switch just uninstall whatever, just delete your vault then uninstall. If those things are not removable boot in safe mode then try scan and remove. It depends it should pick up the trojans and stuff. Avast i do recommend and superantispyware is pretty good for free one.

Posted Image Hi :

With those various Trojans and the "Smitfraud" showing in what you posted, and currently

having Spybot, I recommend you ask THEIR Volunteer "Malware-Fighting" Experts on

THEIR Support Forums at forums.spybot.info/ . Follow the "guidelines" in THEIR

"Malware Removal" sub-forum ( there is quite a bit of work that needs to be done ) ;

AFTER they get you "clean", then you should consider uninstalling the AVG & Spybot and

then installing Avast and SUPERAntiSpyware . Recently, I also installed MalwareBytes'

"Anti-Malware", available at [http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php] .
