PC World raised the price of my renewal subscription again. What is that all about? It would cost me less to sign up for a brand new subscription that it costs me to renew the subscription i already have. That doesn't seem right to me. Also, there are way too many ads in the magazine. I know advertisers pay a lot of money to get their product and name out there, but i hate having to go through several pages of ads just to find the next article. Anyone else have any thoughts on this topic?

Hi ChrisW. I can definitely understand your frustration; however, please be mindful of the language you use within this forum. Now, your exact concerns were addressed not too long ago in another Discussion. Please feel free to review that other Discussion.

Hi Chris,

Unfortunately, I don't have any information to give you. I don't deal with subscription issues, or have any insight into how they price them. I would suggest that you email your question/complaint to maghelp@pcworld.com as they handle magazine subscription customer service.

I'm sorry that I don't have anything else for you, but I wanted you to know that someone here saw your complaint -- we don't ignore them.
