already did all the cleaning up, will see how it goes on the other pc.
btw - are the images in signatures visible to both of you ?
Could just be that your path to the Photobucket site is some how broken...so problem upstream in your Internet connection service that is disrupting that connection to that one site. Maybe some filter or something that your ISP or one of the networks you are going through.
Might self correct. If not, then might try calling your ISP.

Did a bit of searching.Found this.

and http://fallz-shoutwi...ket-hacked.html
Looks like they were hacked or an error in their server.
I even flushed my dns cache and still cant get in. :-( :-(

I am not able to understand why even after clearing the dns cache, its not working . Do the ISPs also have to do something in clearing theirs ?
Can someone have a look at the photobucket forums(not opening for me) and tell something ?
I can only wait now.

Hi Piyush,
I checked your two links above. On the bottom one, there was a link to PB and it showed up fine for me, here's a Snip of it:
And this is a tiny Snip of my account there:
So it looks like whatever was happening it's been fixed now.

Did not mean that it might a problem with YOUR computer...but maybe with some computer/server between you and Photobucket's server. You Internet connection is like a bunch of roads, bridges, etc. If there is store that is across a river from where you live and there is only one bridge to cross the river, you would not be able to get to the store. But, the people on the other side of the river still can. My point was maybe there is a "bridge" down somewhere on your route to the Photobucket site, but my path is different and thus does not need to use that "bridge" and still works. If so, then there ain't much you can do.

From that link:
"On Tuesday afternoon, some users that typed in the Photobucket.com URL were temporarily redirected to an incorrect page due to an error in our DNS hosting services. The error was fixed within an hour of its discovery, but due to the nature of the problem, some users will not have access to Photobucket for a few hours as the fix rolls out. It is important to note that only a portion of Photobucket users encountered the problem and that no Photobucket content, password information or other personal information was affected by the redirect."
Seems to explain it. If you are still having problems now, then it might be something else (they imply hours not days).

I did some more search. The PB team mentioned somewhere that a max. of 72 hrs is possible for the isp dns cache to expire. Definitely turns out to be a wait and see game. I really dont like waiting but i have no choice.
