my file ,edit,view,history bar disapered from top of url bar,how do i get it back?

Sounds like you clicked the Full Size option. If you're using IE...
Easy way: hit the F11 key,

Hard way: Click the top of the screen, click on Tools, and remove the check from Full Size to bring it back to normal.

OR maybe right click near the tabs area and check menu bar .
