I have Windows Xp 3 and got a new digital camera. I correctly, and successfully, in installed the software, setting up everything and still got an error message stating that it Could Not Detect Camera? Any thoughts welcome!

[~161999] . Did you set your cam "connect to Pc" before you open cam's folder....? (I get the same message if I don't set my cam....connect to Pc first)
1/ What cables have you used....(Connect to pc) ....( FireWire.....USB...?).
2/ Would you be able to download from SD cards/Mem.Cards...? (alternative to download pics.for now)

(BTW...Try to shut down security before you plug in the cam.)
