I have built a doc table in Excel 2003 in which I need to align certain keyword text items in adjacent cells. When I switch to "Print View" doc alignment varies considerably from construction page.

All I really need is the ability to insert or delete spaces while in Print View so I can align the Keyword characters before I print doc. Can I add that function to Print View?

Currently I must switch back & forth 'tween Construction/Print View & align by trial & error.

Seems I remember being able to edit in Print View in Office 2000 or was it WordPerfect...............

thanx ................... fritz
