My Gadgets Do Not Automatically Appear When I Restart My Computer

EVERY MORNING I HAVE TO GO IN AND CLICK ON ONE OF THE GADGETS, THEN THEY ALL APPEAR. NEXT MORNING THERE GONE AGAIN. HOW DO I GET THEM SO THEY WILL APPEAR WHEN I TURN MY COMPUTER ON. WITH OUT ALL HASSLE. THANK YOU
