Questions Related to the Handycam DCR-HC21E PAL

I have purchased a DCR-HC21E PAL Handycam.



1. I was told, the "USB streaming" meant i can use this for webcamming.... Is that True/False ?

2. During the installation of connecting the camera to the computer, the installation told me i need to have the "Windows XP Pro CD-Rom"

I bought this computer second-hand off Trademe, and it did not come with the CD. Is their another way to connect handcam to computer? Maybe a driver?

3. Where can i find "Windows XP Pro Cd-rom? As shops do not sell this anymore?

4. Does anybody know a Handycam model # i can buy that has webcam/remote control plus zoom function if all else fails?
