New Recommendation for RIM (Research in Motion) - Rugged Blackberry

Is there anyway to recommend to RIM an idea for a new Blackberry. Many people that work in the field need one that is rugged like the NEXTEL i580. The regular blackberries can break to easily, as simple as letting it fall off a truck dash into the center console, thus cracking the protective glass over the screen.
