Hello, I just opened up my other computer because i wanted to add some memory to it, however after trying to put it in, I turned on the computer and the screen wouldnt show anything. It worked before, and now its not. What could be the problem? i dont think i unplugged any cables but i dont know...please help me...:(

did you put it in the right memory slot

1. memory not seated properly or it's a different speed than the other sticks

2. the cmos battery dead

3. video card failure



What are the specs of the memory? Both old and new (example- DDR2 667)

is your computer name brand or custom?
