hi im pretty new to building pc's, and just did my first build but unfortunately it keeps freezing up, sometimes during games where the sound starts to loop over and over, and other times it feezes just while im browsing around. I expected some problems since it was the first time i ever put a pc together but it's been really frustrating lately. any help/ideas would be great thanks.

My system is:

Thermaltake Armor VA8000, EVGA nvidia nforce 790i ultra sli, Intel core 2 extreme qx9770 @3.2ghz, 4gb corsair @1600mhz, 320 GB Seagate 7200 rpm SATA, evga Geforce 9800gtx, ocz gamexstream 700watts psu, Windows vista home premium w/sp1, and a zalman cnps 9500 cooling my cpu nothing overclocked.
