hey guys.. thank you for giving us all rocking techno info and keeping us informed about all hot n happening gadgets..
but
there is problem with me here.. i have subscribed PCWorld for a year
from this feb.. all the time i got the copy at arount 7th or 8th of the
month...this time(aug) i got it at 3rd... i was quite surprised but
happy with it.. but when i saw the parcel, i was quite worried as it
was not in good condition..and the main thing, there was no dvd bundled
with it..
so i asked the man who did get me the copy about this problem,he just
said that there is nothing else with that parcel..i am very
disappointed. the sticker on it contains name "OVERNITE PARCEL SERVICE".
Please can you get me a fresh copy of this month's dvd?? and also.. i
dont know my account number.. its not there on my address label..
please can you tell me my account number so that i can enjoy your
online services?
by the way, you all are doing a precious job..i am always eagerly
waiting for the magazine every month..have a great time.. thanks.

Hello,

I also answer the email at letters@pcworld.com and I saw your email this morning. I forwarded it to our Magazine Help email -- maghelp@pcworld.com -- for them to investigate. I don't know if you are getting the US version of PC World, as we have many different versions around the world. Although they are all (well, mostly) named PC World, each country operates as if it was its own company. If you do not have the US version of PC World (and from the photo you sent, the logo doesn't look like ours), neither I nor maghelp will be able to assist you. You'd need to contact the PC World in the country where your magazine comes from. Most commonly, that's PC World India or PC World Australia.

I hope that helps, and please let me know if I can do anything else for you.
