I just joined a company and had to create a user name and password, which I did. I then logged in and out of the main website, not my personal replica website, as I need to do my training in the main website. This worked well for a couple of days, and on the third day, when I tried to log in to the main website to do more training, it would not take my user name and password. I have no idea why this started and had been logging in and out for two days. I have tried everything to no avail. I even installed FireFox in the hopes that would help; it didn't. What could be causing a problem like this. I have emailed support but it's been two days now and I've yet to hear from them. In the meantime, I'm losing valuable time as I'm unable to do any training until this problem is resolved. I'm new on here, so I hope I don't offend anybody in case I am in the wrong area for my problem.
I have a new Dell Windows Vista Home Premium and use MSN as my e-mail provider. I really miss Windows XP as I'm finding it very hard to get used to Windows Vista. This may be a Windows Vista problem too; I just don't know.

:D Hi Corinne :
I would need more SPECIFIC Info to possibly help you . You say you "emailed support",
but to WHOM ? The "company" ? IF yes, and you have not heard from them I start to
suspect some type of scam, since it appears you are "training" at home using your own
computer AND you mentioned not using your "personal replica website" which sounds
like you operate an Independent Business out of your home ?
What is the company's "Name" and for WHAT are you in "training" ? Do they have an
800 Number you could call for Help ?
What are the Name(s) of the security program(s) on your computer ? Be SPECIFIC as
possible .
