I have a HP IPAQ 2110 that is probably 5 years old. It fills my needs and I do not want to upgrade. I have XP in work with Active Sync 4.2. I had Active Sync 5.0 with Vista at home, which was working for about a year, but when I down loaded a HP IPAQ update the sync with Vista stopped working. I can't seam to find an Active Sync download except for 6.1 which looks to be for phones. Can I sync the pocket PC with 2 OS's and do I need the same Active Sync version. I just bought a laptop with Vista, also, and it does not recognize the IPAQ for sync'ing but it does show up in the windows explorer. HP and MS support sites want money to NOT answer my question.
