Unable to Install Concept Draw 7 Pro

Hi,


When tried to install "Concept Draw7 Pro" from this month issue, an error is poping up (during Windows Installer "preparing to install time") saying " The Windows Installer could not be accessed. This can happen when You are running windows in Safe mode or if the windows installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personal for assistance" . But actually no problem for other programes and windows is not running in safe mode.I'm using XP sp2 OS. please help me to fix the problem as this application will be very useful for my job.
