I purchased and installed Office 2007 home and student and Outlook 2007, I have not been able to access the help files using the ? button or F1. When I try I get a box that pops up and states it is configuring and it goes through the motions and then tells me I have to reboot, I click ok and it tells me no help was found for my question. I reboot and try again and it repeats the same thing. Can anyone please tell me how to access help through this office suite?

goto add remove programs, try a repair installation.

If that doesn't work uninstall and re-install it
or just use the online help here

I have tried to diagnose, repair and have uninstalled and reinstalled and still have the same issue. Cannot find anything on the site you listed to help, any other advice?
