ok so i went ahead and gotten dreamworks( well,the free trial at least) , and is having problems installing it in where i run setup.exe.
i get no windows opening and giving me instuctions like they say in the readme

Learning Dreamweaver is complicated for a lot of people. What do you need in the way of a website? The answer to that question will help you to find out what kind of designer you need. If you're just looking for a basic informational site I suggest using something like one of the following:
* Wordpress - http://wordpress.org
* Joomla - http://www.joomla.org/
* Drupal -http://drupal.org/
If you are looking for a not so hard to use basic website wysiwig/design program I would suggest: NVU - http://www.net2.com/nvu/. Sometimes Craiglist can help you in finding a designer if you want to go that route.
