I have tried several times and I cannot get BF-2 to install on the
computer. It's a new computer so I DO know that the cd's are ok as I
have had it on another computer before. I insert disc 1 I see the
screen, install shield wizard comes up then just goes away and nothing,
absolutely nothing else happens. Any help ?

I have tried another copy of BF-2 and the samething happened.

Hi
* Can you give some more information about your system - specifications and the operating system that you are using.
* Which version you are installing ?

if you have installed other games successfully, and are only having issues with bf2, sounds like the cd itself is handicap. meaning warped, has liquid dried spots, debris, etc. clean the heck out of the cd with a mirco-cloth. i've had this happen to me a few times where the cd becomes dirty and won't install the games successfully or just hang up.

good luck.

Well I went ahead and installed BF on another computer, shared all of the files that BF installed, and copied them over to my computer. Then went ahead and exported the entry that BF had in stalled in the ginny pig computer and well, it all worked. Nothing wrong with the discs.
