Steam can be a tough setup and I've had problems too. One cure is to uninstall everything related to them, the programs and accessories and reinstall them without any other programs running in the background. That should help.

Can you elaborate more because i dont really get you. Steam doesnt store games on there site but on your account once you buy the game. Are you having troubling activating a key? or are you having trouble getting into your account?

i use steam (valve) and have many of their games. as long as you log on with your username and password correctly, your purchased games reside on their servers forever (not website). i just built a new custom system, installed steam, used my correct logon, and all of my games were waiting for me to download. reset your password.

Your games are in your account. Once you activated the game it will remain in your account forever. This is a good feature for steam since it doesn't require the disk since the game is stored in the account. You either install the game by the disk you got or you dl it straight from steam. In your case just redownload all the games.
