I, too, had a video card failure - only this was an XFX GeForce which was newly-purchased from NewEgg. I built a computer in January and it was faulty from the get-go as it would sporadically freeze. Every indicator was that the video card was faulty. Took me months to even get a response from XFX. Once I was able to establish communciation with XFX, it took another two months before they authorized a return. Once returned, XFX confirmed the original card was faulty and agreed to replace it. Then they finally (on September 25) replaced it with a lesser-quality, lower-memory unit. I paid $189 for a GTS unit, they sent me a $79 GS unit, claiming that the GS had "equivalent performance". Nine months to replace a faulty product with a lower-priced unit - absolutely unacceptable!
