Richard, thank you for reviewing 5pm.
Please note that Google Calendar synchronization is working with 5pm, but it's working slowly - for some reason Google doesn't update the data too often.
I also wanted to mention that today the General Report was added to 5pm. Now users can filter projects/tasks/activity by multiple parametters and generate custom reports. Export to CSV and Print View is also available - now users have even more freedom with their data.
More features are coming soon!

I've just checked the 5pm website and I watched 2 of its videos. The interface is indeed very sleek, it does seem to provide a lot of features. I was actually interested in the reporting tools but unfortunately no videos were supplied for this.
Since I'm quite involved on PM Hut ( http://www.pmhut.com ), I get the chance to experiment and assess a lot of online tools. I can tell you that the starting fees of $18.99 (/user/month if I'm not mistaken) is not cheap (maybe not that expensive either).
I think the free trial is a big plus as some of the competitors don't even offer it.

Thank you for checking 5pm.
It's not $18/user/month. This plan includes 5 users and 10 projects. So it's $3.6/month/user, and it even goes lower - down to $2.2/user/month with larger plans.
We will add videos and more details about the reports soon - we just added the General Report today, so we waited for this big upgrade, before covering it.
