Yeah especially the way that you get forced into the same ending no matter what you do. I'm really looking forward to Fallout 3 and Dead Space. The aspect of a Roll Playing FPS looks especially interesting in Fallout 3, and Dead Space looks amazing.
To answer you question, Lilx, I haven't played it but when I get a good enough rig to play Crysis I'm going to get it too.

I was happy to see that the ammo is lifted automatically in this one unlike crysis in which everytime you had to press the F key to take ammo. A thing similar and good in both games was the last fight with tonnes of flying big aliens. The gauss rifle was just too good in the end battles.

I haven't even tried the first game. I'm afraid that my video card would provide minimal excitement.

Nope. I tried the DEMO of Crysis, and worked my way around to the Camp and ran out of ammo, so got whacked. That was all I wanted.

For the fun of it I tried the Crysis Demo on a ATI Radeon Xpress 200; at the lowest setting and resolution I probley averaged around 7 FPS. :)
That is the chipset that is on this thing. When I first got it, every game I tried was crashing and I was ready to throw it out the door. I bought a 7600 GS and didn't have any problems after that. When it went south I got the 8600GT. I played the demo with everything cranked up, BUT with the AA turned off. I don't know what the FPS was, but it did well. No temp problems either. coastie

I played it at medium settings at 1280X1024 on the 8600GT . Was getting around 40 fps at this. Anything lower than 30 for this game, you cant shoot the quick aliens.

Did you use any AA or AF?

That actually sound's pretty good for your setup. Sound's like it get's the basics done.
