Let us know what you think of the new PC World product Capsules. You can find them by going to reviews and looking at any product.

From the Printers main page I clicked on the Laser link in the top filter box. I was taken to a comparison chart page with a single grean filter label titled Printers. Shouldn't it be Laser? Also, the chart began with a HP InkJet printer and not Laser printer... there were several InkJet printers in the first 10 options. Also, I couldn't select Laser or the price range from the sidebar filter options because they were not there. I'd expect that the filters offered on the Printers mainpage would again be offered on the comparison chart page.

At least it's a step up. You no longer have the ridiculous html-based photo galleries. Welcome to the new century, boys. Now, if we can introduce you guys to some AJAX, we can make a real love connection. Those tabs at the top take me to a brand new HTML page, complete with six - count 'em - six loading advertisements.

The "User Reviews" tab takes you to the "Submit Your Review" form. Where are the user reviews? They should be front and center when I click that tab.

Fix your use of space: great start but dies towards the bottom of the page. After the review is complete (that's review, not reviews like it says on its tab), we are shown the column "People who looked at ....also looked at:" That's fine. But directly below that is an ad, then a "similar product" section, then more ads, then a push for your video section, some last minute news, then more ads. These are all right down the middle with big spaces of white on either side of it within the css container the page is in. You need to revamp the layout a bit if you don't want to make your viewers travel 10 miles when they only need to sprint a 100 feet.

Dear Sirs:

I just finished reading your review of the Samsung UN55B8000 55" LED TV. I can't trust what you state as it was basically a generic report. If I am not mistaken this TV is an LED LCD hybrid. It is a stndard LCD with a backlight of LEDs. It is not a true LED such as the Sony OLED TVs. You called this a LCD TV and never mentioned why they call it LED TV and I think that this difference is the most important thing your readers need to know after the quality of the image (who cares about the technology used if the image is bad).

I am frustrated when I seem to know more than the reviews that I am reading

I find that so many of your reviews are ancient...maybe I'm just unlucky & picking the wrong products?

It's terrible, like most of this obviously outsourced site. I just wrote a review, hit submit, and watched it disappear into nothingness. PCW gets worse all the time. I'm canceling my subscription and won't be using the site. Good luck.

There is no obvious link to give feedback on a review, or to the author. You need that.

For example, Susan Silvius reviewed the HP OfficeJet 700 last week:

http://www.pcworld.c...cejet_7000.html

The review states "All speed tests were performed using letter-size paper; assume that a tabloid-sized page would take four times longer."

The last time I checked, tabloid is twice the area (not four times) of a letter-sized page.

There's no way to tell her, so that she can change her comment.
