MySQL 405 Error In Dreamweaver

My server is running IIS 5.0 and MySQL Server 5. When I try to connect to the MySQL server in Dreamweaver CS3 , I keep getting an HTTP 405 error. How do I fix this?

Install PHP 5.0 to remedy the problem and configure it.
