you "steered" a little block car between two lines made up of text and symbols, and as the game progressed, it got tighter and tighter, and if i remember right, the car would get longer.
i havent played that game since 2nd grade, mainly because we left all the copies we had made back at my grade school.
now that i am 16, an have an apple IIe again, ill probably try to find a copy, and do some massive converting to get it from usb or a zip file onto a 3.5" floppy, transfer the file from that to my mac classic, and from there to an apple IIe floppy diskette.
my first windows game was DUKE NUKEM, which was on our first computer. we used to play it straight in windows 3.1, and after a few weeks, became quite addicted with it. i havent found a full version of that game anywhere either, but it gave me some great memories.
Pizza-OUT!

But my first favorite PC game was Hoyle Board Games 2001. I still have fond memories of playing Parcheesi with the computer characters, named Harley the Bear, Marvin the T-Rex and Gax the Shape Shifter. The in-game comradery was stunning, because it almost seemed real. Like there were actually little characters in the computer. And wow! were they funny! Even though it was rated E, I think some of the humour got a little T rated.
Unfortunately, the CD got scratched (though I may be able to fix it.) I can still play the game without it, but without the voices.
I've got the Hoyle Card Games 200?7?, with the same characters from Board games, but haven't played it yet. I hope playing Texas Hold 'Em with them will be the same amount of fun as playing Parcheesi.

Yes, I have tried Pokemon Gold, Diamond, Pearl, and Sapphire (Last three I borrowed.) I really liked Pokemon Gold and Sapphire. Liked D&P too, just thought it was really slow in the beginning. On GB Colour, my other game was DragonWarriors 1 & 2 on one cartridge (shame they don't do that anymore.)
I play other games, but lately I am beginning to think I'm just wasting my life.

I never cared much for Space Invaders, Frogger or Centipede, but I loved Galaga, Galaxian and Zaxxon.
As the arcade craze dwindled in the mid 80's, so did my interest in them. I haven't owned a console since the Intellivision, and haven't really wanted to.

My Nephew came in with a new Game Boy Color with various Versions of Pokemon. I was looking through thse things and saw that he had Legend Of Zelda : Oracle of the Seasons and that was all she wrote. Not long after, he got the companion game, Oracle of the Ages. I somehow ended up inheriting that Game Boy Color and have one game: The Mummy.
