I recommend ImgBurn which is free. You can also search for "iso" in the Downloads section of PC World.

Selection of best software depends on what you're trying to do. Previous versions of Nero were decent for iso producton. The latest versions, while still quite useful, have become bloatware and seem less reilable. Since many CD and DVD burners came budled with OEM verions of Nero, it's still a very popular (and versatile) choice. The freeware ImgBurn mentioned above doesn't have quite as many features as Nero, but what it does, it does very well

I prefer to use InfraRecorder from infrarecorder.sourceforget.net, it will burn and copy CD/DVD's of various types. It can also be used to produce an iso image with a bit of effort if you read the docs. Infrarecorder is not bloated, reliable, well supported and totally free. However, several other decent free and paid products may be better choices for AV and multimedia burning.

Hi, Bolo.
I like ISO Recorder. I've never used ImgBurn, so I can't say it's actually superior.
