IP camera - ip address?

I have an IP camera with a MAC address on it. I have tried to find the IP address by pinging random numbers, but no luck. Any idea's how to find or set the IP address so the camera will work for me? I'll send $20 to anyone who can tell me how to do it!

Try ColaSoft MAC Scanner. It's nice and handy, and I use it a lot to see all the IP's and MAC's on my network if I think there's an intruder. Link below:
