Battery program?

So in windows vista it has a great battery saving program. You can tweak all kinds of settings like turning the usb ports off while on battery power or setting a cap on how much cpu power is used. Is there anything like this for xp? Anything at all?

ya, there is a power control program for xp
its called speedswitch
