Hi WillFC. This error message is very common. Basically, the port that internet source is trying to use is already in use. If I may give you an example, I can use my phone as a modem. I also have Sprint Mobil Broadband. In this example, I have one of those two internet sources connected to my computer and already have access to the internet. If I try to connect the other internet source to the internet, I will get that error message.

In this case, I would have two options, (1) disconnect one internet source and try again or (2) restart my computer and use the internet source of my choice.

Now, if you are using a dedicated internet source like a cable or DSL modem, this may not apply to you. If this is not your situation, can you please clarify your issue?

Is the SpeedTouch your DSL modem? If it is, does it look like this:

If it is, have you reset you modem recently? If you continue to get this message, and if the SpeedTouch was provided by your ISP (Internet Service Provider), you may want to contact them regarding this issue.
