Hi I have Windows Vista Home Premium 64 Bit and Trend Micro as my virus protector. For some reason Trend Micro does not allow me to do the updates. I have reinstalled it and still does not work. Can anyone help me. TY Glenn

Hi Its the Trend Micro 2009 that does not let me get the updates. It always hangs up when installing. By that i mean it just keeps running and never completes its update. I let it run for 1 hr and still was not completed. Could it be a Windows setting causing this. tks for reply Glenn

Hi Angel. Is it a PAID version....? If it is...You better off get support from Trend micro directly.

Not many members here use Tr/Micro. I myself don't... If Its a FREE version ,follow the earlier post" HOW TO UNINSTALL TREND MICRO."
