I just installed SS9 and while it works very nice Every once in a while (every 5 - 10 minutes) my CPU is being utilized at 90+% by SBAMsvc.exe and it takes about 60 seconds for what ever its doing to get done.
Avenquest has been non-responsive to any Emails to their tech support center about the matter and calling them is a joke. They are always "busy with other customers"
On my lap top it was so bad that I uninstalled SS9 and reinstalled SS8 - I may have to go to another vendor.
Any insight?

Looks like you are finally getting fed up with lousy "Tech Support" and Resource-hungry
security !? We advocate a different "Approach" on these Forums and a good Starting Place
