Thanks for the uninstaller

First, have you looked for the uninstaller? It would be a file that has "uninst" or "unwise" in the name and it would end with ".exe" or ".msi" Look for it in the folder under Program Files that contains your camera name/manufacturer. If you can't find it, CCleaner has a function that should run the uninstaller.

You didn't mention which program you're talking about. Some camera software have their own uninstall tool. Which software are you trying to delete?
Which OS do you have on your computer?
Answer those two questions so we can better help you.
