Rosalie, your link does not work. Could you please just describe the problem you are having, and also give us the make and model of the machine you are using.

Even entering the web address directly (65.54.224.229) comes back with an error.

It seems you have opened 3 different discussions for the same problem. For consistencies' sake it's better to stay with the 1st discussion, then you would get better results that way.
