Tune-up Utilities 2008

Why is PC World offering to sell its readers the 2008 version of Tune-up utilities for $9.95? This release of this program has been superseded by the 2009 version (per the publisher's website).

I'm disappointed that PC World doesn't disclose that the version being sold is already outdated. Big deal that the price is 80% off. Who want to buy outdated products!
