No... My problem isn't solved yet. I have downloaded the d3dx9_30.dll file and I have installed it an so on, but it didn't worked. I still think that it is the audio problem. Sorry Tim that you couldn't solve my problem, but anyway, thanks....

Hi nivram and welcome to the forum. It would be better for you if you started your own discussion on this matter. You gave your system information was good, but a little more information on the problem itself would be helpful such as which game, or is it all games. You can start your own discussion by clicking on the topic ( such as fun & games) and the click on the blue "Start Discussion" button. coastie65

Hi Kevin, I looked at it and haven't figured out what's what either. He says it worked for him, but I don't think he was having the same problem. He was running Vista as well, which means it was probably a different situation. This will tell you what .rar files are: www.rarlab.com/rar_file.htm . coastie

Hey kevin, I think we got the same error with the game.exe.

I downloaded this crack and it worked for me.

Just extract the file to your RE4 folder and replace the original game.exe.

Hope this helps. :8}
