At the top of the screen it says "not responding." I click on it and it says the program has stopped do you want to end the program or wait for a response.

expilot is correct.

Hey Larry!!

Ok, I have Roxio RecordNow 10 which is probably part of your suite.

Now, in Vista and from what I can tell,

there is a conflict somewhere with the Demuxer.dll . Everytime I try to

open my Program files via the C: I get this :

The next time you get a stop message from Windows Explorer "Problem Details"

and check to see if in the :

Fault Module Name ....................SonicHDDemuxer.dll

If you do , I think there is a conflict with another HD.dll on your PC.

I have the RealTek HD Audio card in mine and I think they are

conflicting. I did not investigate further because I have other ways

of getting to the Program Files but, I think that's where the problem

arises.
