I have photos on my phone, and I want to move them to my PC. My questions:

1. Are there any software programs out there that can do this? (I heard of one software called snapmedia. Are there others?) Are the programs any good?

2. Do the photos turn out okay after transferring from the phone to the PC? Do they lose any clarity/sharpness after transferring?

Look forward to reading other people's advice...thanks!

what phone do you have? and service provider?
the program should just copy the pictures over...

idk of any programs, but do you have mms service? just e-mail yourself the pictures

if your phone has bluetooth, that might be a way to transfer pictures

You could use a IR or cable adapter, also. If You have it.
1. That depends upon Your phone (manufacturer). Nokia has a "PC Suite" program for transfering all data from phone to PC and from PC to phone.

2. Photos are ok after transfering. :)

i usually log into my phone account from sprint and email them to myself

... and it really depends on the quality setting of your phone how well they turn out.

I have an iPhone. When connected to my PC via the transfer/charging USB cable the phone appears under my computer along with other "drives". I simply double click on the phone and a folder appears that contains my photos. I drag and drop the photos where I want them and they look great.
Certain ISPs compress attachments and destroy the quality of the photo if you email them. YMMV.

P.S. You may have to dig down several levels of folders to 100APPLE, but they are there.
