I agree 100% I don't care how old you are...Stop trying to find a way out of what you did. Take responsability for your actions. I mean when does a child actually know what death is? I say at least by 12. They need to have a concept of what it is. It comes down to teens that just don't want to listen to their parents and who need to have a good A$$ Whooping! I grew up on the cartoons that had violence in them... Come on now just because Daffy Duck got shot with a Shotgun during Duck season dosnty mean i tried to shoot my parents and see if they lived!

"It's all society's fault". "My mother didn't love me when I was a kid". "I got spanked for wetting the bed as an infant". "I got bullied in school"... God, I'm tired of the lame ass excuses people use, and defense lawyers try to sell to jurys, to try to get out of doing jail time when they, or their clients get caught.
I used to live next door to one of these budding psychopaths. He was a kid in his early teens, who broke into my apartment twice; was a compulsive liar; spliced his parents phone line into mine from the box outside so that he could call porn phone lines on my dime; he keyed my car, and dented it with an icepick several times because I had him arrested for breaking into my apartment; he basically destroyed the apartment that he and his parents were living in with a bb gun; he terrorized his family cat by chasing it through the apartment, shooting at it with the bb gun; then, when his parents finally got sick of me calling the police on him, they moved to another house, which he set on fire twice while his mother was inside. He was busted (and expelled) several times for selling drugs in school. Each time he would go to court, his parents would plead and cry to the judge, saying that he was abused as a kid, etc, blah blah blah. His defense lawyers would always tell the court that he was just a kid, and that being incarcerated wouldn't help him. The end result was that he never did any jail time; his mother eventually left their house because she had become so terrified of him, and he finally did the world a favor several years later by overdosing on drugs and killing himself. Had he not done that, I'm convinced he would have killed several other people during his lifetime.
I don't care what age a person is... If he or she willfully kills someone, they should be held fully responsible. No more "but it wasn't my fault" excuses.

mcbarker I fully agree. I was watching something on BTK the other day and he threw out multiple 'why this might of happened' sort of thing including being dropped on his head as a child. The psychologist that was analyzing it mentioned that it is frequent that criminals do the depersonalization displacement of blame 'its not my fault" mentality. So they can blame someone or something else for what they have done.

UGH! When is this country going to wake up and quit housing useless people, why should anyone get "life without parole" that is such a waste of tax dollars. I say execute him, he had no problem doing it to his parents. And all you bleeding hearts out there who do not believe in capital punishment, you obviously has never been a victim of senseless violent crime.

Even better, I say if you kill someone and are found guilty, you should be facing the death penalty. Why should I have to pay for three meals a day and housing for someone that decided they thought it would be a good idea to kill someone else. I don't think I should have to pay for them to stay alive!!!

This is great. I don't think I've ever seen a discussion where there were as many as two people that believe in capitol punishment. When a kid kills somebody it doesn't make sense that we should all house him from then on. The proper punishment is execution.

Hang this guy so that it will give other s of similar nature a good lesson to learn.
I agree. I believe that if you are actually caught in the act of killing someone, you should be taken out back and shot... No trial and then endless appeals. The world is grossly overpopulated. We don't need to be taking care of the needs of these thugs in prison. The resources that are saved could be put to much better use.

Don't you think you're going a little strong? Vigilante-style has it's own problems.
Are you serious about over population? You know that you're part of the supposed problem?
I say, execute the kid by hanging, shooting, stoning, burning, or something similar.

How is that a nieve comment? I was just stating the fact that people who are older would beleive in the true punishment for this kid, such as death. And that for the fact that I am young and so many people agree with what I am saying. And that its just my view on the topic. Since I do have noremorse for the kid even though he is young. He should have went around the issue and talked about what could be done. Not oh I will show them. And then shoot his parents for taking away a stupid video game.
