Second test ran on Sunday at 7:30am EST....no throttling. I cannot seem to get through during the peak times but will report back when I run the next test.

I just completed my third and final test on Sunday at 10:30pm EST...still no throttling. At least for me, it is safe to say that Comcast is not throttling my internet connection.
