Have a Dell inspiron 530 computer, Dell V305 printer and Vista Home Premium SP1. A month ago the printer stop printing from Document, I contacted Dell, they first said I had a 926 printer and play around finely come up with V305 printer. Printed a test and is eveything OK, I said thank you and being late day for me I shut down. Next day go to print from Document NO GO samething, COMMUNICATION NOT AVAILABLE (Dell V305 -UBS Port) open. I call Dell get the run around and then I'm told it's software not hardward, but for a fee they can fix it? I said, I will think about it. A friend was to help but? The printer works just fine with e-mail, so I know they are connected. I have notice that if I press the continue button after COMMUNICATION NOT AVAILABLE the print queue come on. Now I shut down the computer, on restarte what ever the count in queue will print? To Whom Thank You grumpa
